Jenny Kim is a user experience designer based in Santa Clara, CA. Her work combines a background in graphic design with technology and user-centered design thinking. Jenny currently works at Cisco, where she is responsible for all phases of the UX process, from concepting and information architecture to wireframing and prototyping. Jenny advises developers throughout the lifecycle of a project to help them meet Cisco’s high standards for usability and design. While at Cisco, Jenny has created user experiences for a wide range of products for Cisco’s internal application software such as device ordering, financial dashboards, and scheduling system.
Jenny received her BFA in Communication Design from OCAD University and AAS in Graphic Design at Parsons The New School for Design in 2015. Her foundation in design thinking informs her work as a UX designer. Prior to working at Cisco, Jenny has worked for Salesforce, Samsung, CBS Sports, and Reputation.com.
